The home is very nice and felt very safe and secure. Owners were in contact every day to see if there was anything we needed. They also provided a ride to/from the airport and train station which was helpful in our planning.

It would be helpful to have somewhere in the bathroom to put things when showering... Even just a couple hooks and a small table.

Great value for money as well. The photos online matches in person. Fit 8 people with no issues. Everything was so great and so clean. Toilet and bathroom were flawless with hot water as well! Bonus was a functioning kitchen and washing machine. 3 bathroom - 1 on each level. A rooftop to dry clothes. Local dining that was tasty. The hostess were easy to reach when help was needed and super friendly.

3 flights of stairs. Difficult for elderly people to access but it was still manageable for us.

Property hss everything we need. And My was very heldfil with our transportation requirements.

Lovely host who met us at the apartment and showed me how to use the hotplate for cooking and the washing machine. Very beautiful just like the photos and a nice rooftop space to sit.

It was not close to the city centre or beach, we needed to catch a taxi to go out.

The staff is super friendly and takes care of guests very enthusiastically. Homestay is clean, spacious, airy. In the house, there is almost everything I need, so it is very comfortable.

There was no convenient store nearby by walking distance so that’s a little bit bummer

The host of the property was very responsive and friendly. She arranged for free transport from the airport (5 minute journey) when we arrived. She also gave us very nice dried mangoes to eat and offered free transport to the airport (5 minute journey) after she learnt about our problems in the apartment. She also arranged for fixings of the broken lock and gate very promptly the next day. She also obtained the anti slip mat the next day for the toilet. The pictures posted by the owners are technically accurate in the Booking.com, except that there are quite a few damages on closer inspection (See below) I would have given a 2, but since the owner is so nice and tried her very best to solve the problems, I would give her a bonus 1 point for this.

This property is run down and poorly maintained. 1) the main gate grill broke and we had to spend the morning waiting for it to be fixed 2) the main door had a broken handle and hinge and again we had to spend time waiting for it to be repaired. This is probably due to the broken roller ball which made the glass panel hard to pull, and hence, the door handle gave way. 3) the plaster ceiling board of the toilet fell - see pictures 4) water was dripping from the ceiling 5) one of the air conditioners was dripping water throughout the night 6) the beds were hard and the bedsheets did not even fit the mattresses 7) dirty floors 8) slippery toilet and. potentially slippery staircase due to marble construct.
