"For a stay in Newcastle I'm sure you could spend more but I'm not sure what you'd gain."

Everything was as good as expected or better. Clean, comfortable, good sized rooms, great location could easily walk into town center. Hosts were absolutely accommodating and friendly. We would 100% stay here again.
