Skol 715. Spectacular Corner Duplex Apartment in Marbella

Fabulous view of the whole coast. Welcomed in reception and received our keys. €3 per day for sun lounger at apartment, €10 on the beach. Great Italian restaurant under apartment, so hand if tired on first day.

Nothing I didn’t like

Location was great, view was spectacular, apartment was super cute and completely livable for the three of us! It had more extras that made it easier (shopping trolley to get groceries, lots of dishes/pots/etc, abundance of towels, extra blankets, books to read). Beds were comfortable.

The only thing that was a bit confusing was the coffee maker! We are major coffee people and We weren’t used to the coffee maker. It took a few purchases of coffee pods! Get the Nescafé dolce gusto size!!

Very good location with an amazing view, huge balcony. Safe and guarded building with 24h front desk. Beach towels included.

The apartment and the towels had a smell, the place was a bit dusty. There are no possibilities to get change of towels, there is a washing machine but without washing agent and it's not worth buying a full box of agent just for washing the towels once. Had a lot of rules for us, otherwise would risk paying the final cleaning.. (had to take the trash out, towels were not allowed to be too dirty, check out not a minute too late without exceptions etc)

The view was amazing and the swimming pools was great and sun loungers was very comfortable. It had a lovely swimming pool cafe

The corridor to the apartment was awful with building work been carried out ..brick dust everywhere we got filthy everytime we walked down it...the apartment was dirty on the floors and balcony with dust...and it had an awful smell in there...we reported constantly to booking.com..and marbella apartments in there office. They did manage to get the towels changed as the smell was awful..and the cleaner did floors and balconies the next day...the apartment needs an up lift and curtains and pillows changed as they smelt and was filthy with brick dust..we got know where with our complaints and no notice regarding building work with the opposite apartment....its disgusting that we have had no back up from booking. Com as i rang most days to find an answer..we was promised money back from them of 157.00 euros i have it in writing on whats app....all u gave us was 25.00 euros which is very unprofessional will be booking accommodation another way next holiday !!!
