The breakfast consisted of a small counter that had coffee and some muffins... I avoided it.

The bed was gross and uncomfortable. The unit was dirty, smelled bad and all the fixtures were rusted. The shower was rusted and dirty as were most fixtures.

The people that work their was was very nice

Location was good. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Parking was easy. Wifi worked great.

It was cheap and near Dulles and had a nice TV.

Dirty, limited parking, “free breakfast” is misleading, limited housekeeping. Apparently there’s a new building and an old building. My booking.com reservation entitled me to stay in the old building. My room featured a crumbling wooden kitchenette with a rusty refrigerator, stained bathtub, flat somewhat sticky carpet and minimalist amenities (two tiny bars of soap and tiny tube of shampoo). Room service was supposed to be every three days. On the third day I returned to a dirty room. Never got room service for that matter.

Great value for money. Needed to stay at a nearby hotel due to loss of power at my house.
