The location was the best part of the place. Literally in front of the beach. Just walk out and in 30 seconds you're in the water. Easy walking distance to restaurants and the town. Sandy streets and not overrun like Tulum is. I was in Tulum 20 years ago and this feels what is was back then. The pueblo is also united in preventing mass tourism which I gathered from conversation with several locals. Very chill, very nice vibe.
The place needed a little work. It's actually a house they separated into 2 studio apartments, sort of. Bathrooms could use an upgrade.
