Luxury homely open-plan Barn with log burner & games room

Clean Beds and living area. Games to have a good time. Good views. Cute friendly dog Tikka.

We chose this location for the heated pool. It was cold and when we requested to have it on the host gave us all these lame excuses. She said it was on initially when it wasn't, then she said it takes a month to get it heated up, then she said oh it usually gets warmer in the afternoon when the sun's out. We chose this place and paid a substantially high price specifically for this heated pool that we could never use. Really disappointed. Also cutlery and utensils all had to be washed again before use.

The property was lovely very homely and perfect for family stays.

Wonderful place with great facilities for kids. The owners were very kind and helpful. The kids truly enjoyed swimming and the games room. There were several wonderful eating places which were amazing. Short drive away for water activities (Llangollen- whitewater active) which we would recommend. We did rock climbing, abseiling, white water rafting and canoeing. Overall, a great weekend away, quiet, relaxing and full of activities.

Brilliant house/cottage, felt like a home from home. Facilities were excellent, beds comfy and the pool was the icing on the cake.

Stunning views, gorgeous layout, most comfortable beds ever!!

Very very minor point that the dishwasher is very small, particularly if you had 6 people staying.
