The host was very helpful. All our questions were answered within minutes. I received welcoming information that was very thorough and helpful. The place is located in a building in an internal yard, so the surrounding buildings isolate the street noise completely. It is in 20 minutes walking distance from the center, 35 from the old town which for us was great as we love walking.

Upon entering the apartment we were hit by a bleach smell, after it wears off comes a smell of mold that makes the stay very uncomfortable. We kept the windows open during the day but still didn't help. It is obvious that there is a serious humidity issue. There was a moldy plastic plant in the kitchen and the bottom of the bathroom was also full of mold. I think some Cif and scrubbing will help. The other things I can accept but the mold gave us a cough that we took back home. I think this is dangerous and the owner needs to take care of it.

Walking distance: 2 km from the historical center.

This was not an apartment. It is a room with a corridor that has a sofa and a mini kitchen, in a ground-floor structure behind a block. It smells of sewage and dampness. To reach the front door, you pass through the neighbors' laundry in the adjacent ground-floor structure. There is a TV, but no television service. We used a tablecloth as a curtain. I would advise that the municipal fee be paid together with the rent or upon the guests' arrival. We had to arrange the payment of the fee while traveling, as a condition to gain access to the room. The pictures on Booking are nice, but the feeling in the room does not match the expectation base on the presentation.
