Sunny Luxury Apartment with two great sunny - level terraces, two swimming pools, in a new complex Pueblo Majorero, close to Fuerteventura Golf Club, next

Apartment was clean with good decor but lacking few basic kitchen appliance, close to good amenties and beach with private pool.

Make sure you take inventories or take pictures on arrival and departure, the owner is a scammer. We got a shocking email and claim for damages , we didn't even use the damaged items and trying to charge us for it via booking.com. We have been using booking.com for years and never been accused of damages, when leaving the property we made sure we left it the way we met it (plates washed, rubbish disposed off and towel in the washer). To be accused of damages on one area of the property that we hardly used is a slap in the face. The property was advertised with access to parking inside the property but on arrival we were told we needed to park outside on the street, however the owner did arrange access later so make sure you clarify with owner if you are driving. Not enough towel provided which was shocking for the price of the property, we had to go to Ikea to buy extra towels, no blender or food processor in a self catering apartment kitchen.

This apartment was EVERYTHING!! It was clean, beautifully set out, the attention to detail and interior design was fantastic. Location great, quiet but very close to facilities and the Atlantico Centre with a large supermarket, restaurants and shops suitable for tourists. Beach a couple of additional minutes through the Atlantico Centre with loungers and parasols to hire. 3 euros in a taxi or a 25 minute walk to the main resort of Caleta de Fuste. 17 euros in a taxi to/from the airport. Everything you need and more is in this apartment, next time (and there will be one) I’d literally come with hand luggage only and make use of the washing machine and the climate to dry my outfits. Special mention to the host, very responsive, great and friendly communication, very kind when we requested a earlier check in. Two great terraces and a 15-20m community pool, only ever a handful of people down there so never any sunbed wars, you could stroll down at any time for the day and there would be a bed available. Lovely to eat breakfast and watch people playing golf on the terrace. If you book (and you should) please look after this place as it deserves to be treated like your own home away from home.

Nothing - it was perfect.

There are plenty of positive points: The location is absolutely amazing. You can easily reach the beach, shopping facilities (maybe even the African market) by foot. If you just want to spend your time on the city beach of Caleta you don’t even need a car. You can also go for a walk along the beach promenade till the boat harbour. The facility is very comfortable: There is a lift and a pool only for the residents of the facility. The pool is quite big and very clean. We have seen the staff checking every morning the quality of the water. On the pool area there are also toilets and showers. The furnishings in the apartment are stunning. We really loved all the furniture, decorations and dishware so much! So much passion for detail! But it was not only the design which we liked so much, all the things were absolutely clean. Im quite a cleanliness freak :-D But I was absolutely satisfied with the condition of the furniture and dishware. The kitchen has all the devices you may need: There is a dishwasher, a flatbed (!) microwave, an oven, an exhaust hood, a coffee machine (Dolche Gusto), a water kettle. And everything quite new and super clean. The washing machine is also available and clean as well. There are two bathrooms, both stocked with body wash, shampoo and hand wash. In each bathroom there is a hair drier (not very high-powered, but absolutely ok). On the balcony and the sun terrace you can find beautiful and convenient furniture. But there is no sunshade and no shower possibility on the sun terrace. The support and communication with Kate and the manager are excellent.

There is only one negative point, which is not really related to the apartment itself and may not occur permanently: Its the noise. Airplanes are passing the area while flying to the Fuerteventura. They fly directly above your head and cause quite a loud noise. On the street in front of the house there are some bumps. Some truck drivers don’t really care about it and drive over it without slowing down. It was quite warm during our vacation, and we opened in the night the windows in the bedroom. Hence, we had our personal wake up service at the latest by 6:30. The lawn mower of the Golf Club wasn’t very quiet as well. As I said before: All these points may not occur continuously (maybe excepting airplanes).
