Absolutely nothing! To describe this as luxurious is an absolute joke.

The list of issues is extensive to the point that we left the property after 48 hours, it was so disgusting. No hot tub, no hairdryer, neither TV working, must system not working and absolutely filthy to the point it was making me feel ill. Loose wires sticking out of walls, no cleaning products, no toilet roll or bottled water on arrival (at night). No top sheet, just a dusty throw, cat sitting on outside furniture, again filthy. Outside rubbish, broken clothes dryer, old rusty bbq. No information at the apartment on wifi code, taxis, doctors, shops, instructions on washing machine, etc. The list goes on and on. Contacted owner with issues, who did not respond. Neither did he respond to the message via booking.com saying we were leaving.

Everything in this place is spectacular, The cleanliness of the apartment including the rooms, bathrooms and the living room, Everything you need is available in the apartment, Setting in the outdoor area is so relaxing with a great view to the pool & lagoon, and above of all the smooth & comfortable communication with Dr. Akram..Highly recommended, We enjoyed our stay to the max amd surely we will repeat it over and over again.

I was supposed to checkout from 12 to 1pm and they were pushing for checkout at 11am

The location is very nice. As a ground floor i have access to the lagoon and pool easily. They have a nice grill for barbecue.

Its not very well maintained and cleaning needs a revision.
