"Accountability"

The electric blanket was a good thing and helped alot.

The pool was not clean for use, the door lock was a struggle to unlock, no cups in the room and all the things advertised weren't available.

"What you see is not what you get when you arrive"

Nothing because what you see here is not what you get when you arrive there.

The room was something else,even the bathroom was bad and the place needed to be renovated. No toiletry No cups No glasses The room is not the same as the advertisement. I'm so disappointed
