The receptionist was so nice to us and she was so sweet

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the beginning, the receptionist and the owner were quite rude and dismissive. They did not respect or accommodate the preferences I clearly communicated. When I called to raise my concerns, the owner shouted at me over the phone and told me to move the bed myself — which was completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, he accused me of being dramatic for simply asking for a basic level of service. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values respectful communication and proper customer service.

The photos of the guesthouse made it look pretty decent, when it was not what was shown in the photos. The room I was given was an outside building divided into two spaces. The 'living room' had furniture crammed into it, and the ceiling had mold on it.

the main bedroom has a firm bed, not my favorite but not a train smash. And stronger curtains on the windows would be nice
