Cove Anantaha Loft & Villa

I liked the space and the modern look of the villa, the smart tv and air con worked well

The staff rang the door bell at 8:30am everyday to ask if we needed it cleaned!! They often also sat right out the front door making it a little bit uncomfortable. The sheets and towels had stains on them every time they were changed, the hot water didn’t work in the shower half the time and water went everywhere the location is kinda in the middle of nowhere with loud construction every day as they are building a new place next door

The villa from inside was good and beautiful and clean

First of all there are no services at all sometimes u can’t find anyone in the reception The main important thing that we discovered that the water in the bathroom we use it for showering it was very dirty very smelly and when we informed them the said yes we know and we will tell our manager that’s all I remember that I booked for five nights then I left from the third night

Hot water would run out last was my only issue

Location was close to everything and the staff were helpful.

1) The aircon is too small for a BIG room. So the room is not cold especially in the day. 2) The wardrobe is too high. Not possible to reach to hang clothings. 3) When it rains heavily , the open shower area is noisy since its covered with a lightweight material. 4) A microwave is nice to be available . 5) The TV cannot swivel to the seating area. 6) hair dryer - too small , i took 30mins to dry my shoulder length hair. 7) pillow way to soft . cant sleep
