Cove Anantaha Loft & Villa

Nothing, the staff made us wait for hours mind you this was at night and we just wanted to rest. They didn’t have any spare sheets for the beds and requested that they would change it the next day due to the washing not being ready because of weather. They should already have sheets prepared for problems like this and it is not acceptable.

Upon check in I have found dirty bed sheets, damped sheets, dirty towel in the bathroom and food steins in the sink and it is very clear that this accommodation has not been clean. We requested to change our sheets and it took us a 2 hour wait. I left this Villa the next day as I refuse to stay in an unhygienic, unclean dirty room and is expecting a full refund from this place.

Host/reception was helpful & friendly + space was gorgeous & clean throughout stay. They also had an add on massage service that can come to your room and various hours for accommodation.

The hot water went out very quickly.

Great little villa perfect for single or couple. Very comfortable bed and pillows, rain shower in nice bathroom garden setting, good kitchen, hot and cold filtered water. Pool is small but fine if you don't expect to swim laps. Attentitive staff good location with fantastic eateries and everything else you could need. Nice lighting and wood panelling to interior. Off main road nice and quiet. Ample parking for the motor bike.

Could do with better TV, safe small not large enough for laptop, ingress of rain at roof edge in open air bathroom during very heavy rain events. Construction activity in immediate area but out of control of property but would have been good to know before booking. Damaged lamp chord not repaired properly, property advised directly.

The property was really beautiful, nice and clean The staff were great and went out of their way for somethings that we needed, always responded quick … we had a really nice stay

The only thing to suggest is to have a long mirror so you can see what your wearing

It was ok for a few nights in Seminyak good location close to marts, a few good restaurants with a nice breakfast spot at the start of the alley. About 2-3km from Seminyak beach and shopping areas (5-10mins on Gojek Bike or 30-40min walk) Nice and tidy, clean pool and double aircon. Nice deep bathtub also. Staff were nice and held our luggage prior to checking in. Although it was a nice place with lovely staff I probably wouldn’t stay again as it just didn’t meet our needs (we like onsite restaurants ect will go to a resort next time ☺️)

A lot smaller than pictures showed. I was under the impression these were all two story loft/villas and pool is small but deep. Bed was too hard and uncomfortable.
