WiFi connection is Very poor quality

The location is really good! We got problems with the wifi connection but the support was immediately! You can talk with the property really fast. The kitchen had all the necessary staffs.

The only problem was the beds. It was ok for me but my parents got issues. They told me beds were quite old.

Great location, staff friendly and responded very quickly

Beds were very uncomfortable. Issues with broken hairdryer and clothes stand but was quickly replaced once the owner was Informed. Issue with fridge making a very loud motor noise preventing us from sleeping at night. Food also spoiled because the fridge would not cool.

Price, convenience easy to access

The mattresses need upgrading, couple of folding chairs and a folding table could have made it better.

Location and price, shower was lovely and it had everything I needed

The location was fantastic, walking distance from shops and cheap Ubers to city centre and everywhere else we needed to visit. The facilities were suberb and the beds were comfy with a nice quiet area for some great sleep at the end of the day.

The Wifi and reception was very hit or miss, was mostly out around the city for the day so wasn't really an issue but I wouldn't like to be trying to do any work where internet was needed. I had to redress the bed a bit as the bottom sheet wasn't done very well and basically came all the way off the second I sat down. The place was very clean on the surface. My dust allergies acted up quite badly but could have just been the thicker carpet.

Place was clean and convenient for what I wanted.
