Perfect clean tidy room and easy to arrange

All good

Very comfortable beds, nice modern bathroom/kitchen. plenty of on street parking

I would have preferred to receive the information about codes for the key safe the evening before our stay. As it was we had to delay our departure from home in order to get the info (which once it arrived was very clear and well presented). The layout of the main room could do with improvement, for example you can only watch TV by sitting on the floor outside the bathroom. A shelf in the bathroom for toiletries would be useful

Nicely decorated apartment, nice little decoration details, comfortable beds, good heating, clean and well working shower and toilet, good communication (we had a problem with the main door lock once, the person in charge was very kind and helpful), big tv screen a nice little walk from the city center, through the colourful and diverse neighbourhood of hillfields

we had to stuff a sock under entrance door as it would move and make a noise everytime someone came in the hallway - a little woodblock or something could do the trick - it was fine after we put something underneath. the kitchen is not very well equipped, we would've lliked to have a bigger pan, cutting board(s) and a few more sharp knives. also some of the pans looked a bit worn. wifi connection did not always work very well, sometimes quite slow
