A cozy apartment with a wonderful view of the river in the old town of Vilnius

When we came, the appartment was all dirty and stinky. The couch was broken and with a lot of stains. The bed was also dirty, we didnt wanted to sleep there becouse it was to dirty so we tried to contact the owner. We wanted to cancel it and get our money back but the owner didnt wanted that. After that he didnt even response and didnt pick up the phone. So we just left and contacted booking.

Only good thing was the location.

- Extremely dirty - A lot of spider webs and insects, worms and some other nasty creatures - Super dirty - Smells like cigaret - Sofa is broken - Wifi not working - Dirty kitchenware - Drinks got frozen in fridge, freezer is heavily overfrozen - Shower's drain is stuck - Window blinders don't really work - Was supposed to accomodate 3 people but blankets for 2 - A sign indicated that we should pay for extra cleaning fee which wasn't included or mentioned anywhere - even though the flat clearly has never been cleaned. Or at least in the past 20+ year - Dirty towels, smelled bad and had animal hair in them

Broken blinds No curtains in sofa bed room Leaky kettle Freezer couldn’t close Fridge too cold, froze items instead No bathroom sink Dirty sofa bed mattress (I assume this is what it is as it was folded up behind the sofa by the window)

Very good location .

Kettle wasn’t working . But everything else was good .

The location was good, not far away from Gedimino street. There was a grocery store nearby.

The apartment was not really clean, the towels were dirty. The thing that disappointed us a lot was the fact that we saw a cockroach in the kitchen. Also there was no slink in the bathroom.
