The breakfast was soo good and freshly made. The room was large and clean. Staff is very friendly!

It's a bit loud do to location. But thata way u have earplugs.

The staff is very welcoming! Especially the manager Eric, who is amazing in helping you find places to visit within Vietnam. He took care of finding the right tour which includes airport pickup, transportation and accommodation. Very reliable and always there to answer any questions or inquiries! I would highly recommend booking with Hanoi Airport Inn if you want a smooth and safe journey! Thank you to the staff and Eric for making my stay easy and safe!
