Hanoi Airport Inn & Suites

Only 6 minutes from the airport!! Very convenient if you have an early flight or arrived very late to the city. Hot showers and cold air conditioning. The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. A good amount of storage for a short stay.

The helpfulness of the staff working here exceeded my expectations. I arrived in the middle of the night and asked for a late checkout which they very kindly gave me. As a solo female traveller, their guidance and helpfulness in times of need made me feel so safe and I am so grateful for their kindness.

(Receptionist tried to pressure to “show” how to make the evaluation in booking - to ensure a good evaluation.)

Convenient location for overnight stay close to the airport. Room was large and spacious and had a powerful fan. Bathroom was large and clean. Bed was comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The airport shuttle was fast and convenient, making travel stress-free. My room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long flight. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and warm hospitality. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport as we had an early departure. They organised a transfer for us which turned up on time and gave assistance with our luggage. The property is basic in design and facilities but for an overnight stay it suited us. Staff were friendly and assisted us with our luggage up the stairs as there is no lift. It is no frills but clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The price was very reasonable.

Towels were a bit thin, air conditioning a bit noisy and there was very limited options for grabbing a meal nearby. We tried 3 small restaurants , most were dirty and none of the staff spoke English so we recommend you eating somewhere else before you arrive at the hotel as the Hanoi Suites did not have a restaurant and the small cafe a few doors up was not good.
