Hanoi Airport Inn & Suites

We flew from Ninh Binh earlier that day. The hotel staff set up a ride for us from the airport which was great. Arrived at the hotel which is also a hostel. The room was big with king size bed, a little sofa (which was comfy), bathroom was very clean. This hotel was nicer than the one we had stayed in earlier in the week in Hanoi. We asked for 2 extra pillow and blanket and they happily provided them. There is a restaurant about 2 doors down, but we did not eat there. Would definitely stay here again. The manager also spoke pretty good English.

The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was very comfortable! We got Wifi. The staff got up very early since we had an early morning flight and they arranged airport transportation for us (about $4).

They did not put towels for us in our bathroom so we had to go down to get them. We also had to go down to ask for the Wifi password. The bedsheets had a couple of faint stains.

We had an early morning flight, so we needed some place close to the airport. It’s very close and you get very good value for the price. The staff was also very friendly and helped us with deciding at what time should we wake up for the flight and even said we should try to get grab instead of a taxi because it’s cheaper but we have an issue with that he can arrange a driver for us. The room was nice and clean, everything you need for the night before the flight.

Our room was without a window, make sure if it important for you to check it states that when booking.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable & some loud noises from outside.
