Easy find, beds comfy,

Not the cleanest, lots of cobwebs, decor definitely needs updating, mold in bathroom, curtains tie backs hanging of, neighbours waking us up very early doing building work, unable to use garden due to neighbours constantly smoking the fruity stuff....

Overall location was great for Trafford Centre house was Clean and very appreciative of coffee and milk pots very much needed cup of coffee ! On arrival. Great facilities.

Lack of bigger seating in front of tv. Stair banister a bit tired looking at top needs fresh paint ! Curtain in living room getting dodgy' to close. These are simple fix for excellent class of accommodation X

Everything it was absolutely gorgeous , the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever been on !!!

Nice place but needs a little tlc. Only 2 coffee sachets for 3 people over 2 mornings A bit mildew around the Bath. Bedroom window quite low so privacy wasn’t great.

Bedroom window too low. Street not the nicest. Sofa cold, even on a nice day.

The property is very well kept and has everything promised. Good range of board games and tv access is not an issue.

The property was fit for purpose and in a nice part of Eccles Manchester

An absolute pleasure from booking to check out. The level of contact and information given was exceptional and nothing was a problem. The house is just stunning. So so clean and well equipped. Attention to detail was second to none. Location was perfect. It felt like a home from home. I won't hesitate to book again next time I'm in the area and will be recommending to literally everyone.

Compact house with everything you could need in it, plenty of towels

We didn’t like the steep stairs and the narrow step turn at the top of the stairs, not having a separate shower is also a disadvantage for us, the addition of a hand rail would make it safer when needing to step over a bath side to access a shower, the front door locking mechanism requires attention as it is difficult to secure the door closed, the request to be checked out for 09.30 is too early
