Kota Homestay-22pax with Karaoke,Arcade Game,Table Pool Walking 5min To Jonker

This property has excellent access to Jonker and the amenities of central Melaka. It is large, spacious and well equipped for large groups of people. The arcade games and pool table allowed for lots od fun during the down times of our trip. Check in and check out were very smooth and the team were contactable if needed via WhatsApp. The house was clean and tidy and the bedding was lovely.

The beds were a little hard - but that is personal opinion as we like a more softer bed!

The place was so central, such an easy walk to jonkers, and many other eateries around the area. The house was clean, most things worked very well. The management grp was so responsive to all of our comments. All in all our group had such a great time there

Few minor things to improve - the dining chairs need to be replaced as there is no more cushioning to it. We literally sat on wood. The cues for the pool table were not straight, some didn't have the ends on n there was no chalk. The downstairs bathroom, the water outlet is situated near the door, and drainage is poor. So once you shower, there is somewhat of a pool of water near the door area. Not so safe - easy to slip.

Way WAY too overpriced for that poor quality of house, poor finishes, poor bed frames, poor furniture, Tonnes of steps in the whole house with trip hazards everywhere Zero kitchen utencils, and the kitchen is so poorly maintained Toilets with bloodworms! So disgusting that we have to make sure we wear our slippers inside the toilet Be aware of the RM500 deposit! They won't release the key prior to the payment made A lot of penalty warnings that makes you feel threatened to use their poor facilities!
