The main advantage of these apartments is the location.
The host ignores Booking and doesn't respond to preliminary messages. You arrive in a different city, but can't reach her by phone – it's nerve-wracking. I'm not sure she would have contacted me at all if I hadn't kept calling. She sends the instructions right before check-in at 4 PM, which is quite late. The listing also mentions an open parking on the premises (for a fee), but in reality, it's street parking – you might find a spot, or you might not. Apparently, in the host's opinion, any listing in the city can be marked with a note about possible parking, implying that somewhere in the city, you might be able to find it.
