Location was ideal as it had free street parking.

Despite being in contact via WhatsApp prior to and on the morning of my arrival, I turned up to discover the bedroom full of mould and with a sign saying out of order. That meant the apartment did not have enough beds to sleep in. I had to phone and ask what was going on. Then they tried to offer a worse accommodation. After a battle, they offered an okay alternative but was in a place where there was no street parking! To top it all off, it was Semana Santa, and lots of roads were cut off, so we couldn't get to the new apartment for two hours! It was very late by the time we got in...not ideal with two tired children in tow. I wouldn't have minded if we had been told via arrival that the apartment wasn't suitable for us anymore and they had an alternative. It blows my mind that they didn't think to tell us before arrival!

The host uses a Smartrental platform to communicate check-in information. They use a special link to remotely open the gate of the entrance of the building and use a code to open the apartment. Hi-tec :)

Address posted on booking is different than the actual location of the apartment, which has caused some confusion, but it worked out well.

Only one toilet paper on the wall, no backup. Unit smelled of bug spray when we entered and there were dead flies in areas, living ones in others. Hairs on the sheets, made it question cleanliness. No dish towels. Had to locate cleaning paper towels to use. Issues we had were well received and responded to quickly for the most part but were not resolved.

Situated in a quite residancial block, easy to find a parking place nearby the appartement. There are 3 bedrooms which have enough space for each of us.

Still a little far from city center. We need to prepare the bath gel and shampoo ourselves.

The apartment was spacious, well kept and equipped.

The door key to get in is depending on Internet connection. In one occasion, the company that provides the code had their websites down and we were locked out for a while.

Nothing

I couldn't make checkin during my booking, the code provided for entrance was incorrect, nobody was answered me by phone, chat and email. I had to find another apartment at night with a little child...2 week have passed already and nobody me answered. The support of booking also don't no answer and don't want to help to resolve the issue.

Large place, it had plenty of space.

For the apartment door there was a keypad and the codes were sent to us before hand, but there was no info about the main entrance. We had to ring someone else in the building to get the door opened.
