ABI Holiday Home - Brynteg Country & Leisure Retreat

It’s was great having 2 toilets, one in the shower room and the other was in the bathroom with shower over. The owner was quick to respond to my questions and messages. There was a welcome pack with savoury and sweet snacks which was kind and thoughtful. The double bedroom was lovely and the balcony was great too. The swimming pool/spa were great and very good value. Wished we could have stayed longer.

That there was such a tiny twin room and no where to fit our travel cot wasn’t great for us as a family, but we made it work. There were a few things that were broken, like a wall lamp and the kitchen chairs were ripped. The owner was mortified when I notified her and has promised to get the damaged items fixed. So not really her fault if she wasn’t previously made aware. The site was closed when we arrived fairly early on Sunday evening. So no reception or food available anywhere so we went to a pub offsite for our evening meal as we weren’t prepared to cook for ourselves. We would have taken food with us had we planned properly. The staff in the spa/swimming pool weren’t exactly helpful and made excuses that weren’t consistent with what others told us so that was confusing and annoying. Also the hours it was open were short and fairly limited as only during the day. No food served during the day on Monday so we went to Llandudno and had a nice time there.

The caravan and location was fantastic

No chef available for food, so only pizzas are available, and to use the leisure facilities it was £20 per person, which you would have expected to be included within the stay

Fantastic caravan, absolutely spotless. Lovely site with great facilities, spa was fab! Great communication from the host too. Loved the location, great for Snowdon and zip world.

Spacious, clean, comfortable. £10 per day for spa access in the leisure complex on site

Bed was rock solid and the pillows were really thin when you lay on them. Only got 2 espresso pods and 2 decaffeinated pods for the coffee machine for the whole weekend.

Loved the location, our accommodation and the spa

Very clean, very new. From coffee, to dog waste bags, everything is here. Highly recommend.

Excellent location & excellent caravan

Friendly and responsive owners. Great location close to Caernarfon, Anglesey and Snowdon. Caravan was modern with everything you'd need, and on a lovely caravan park with clubhouse and leisure facilities. Highly recommend.
