"Superb"

Location was great - very central, everything was within walking distance. The room itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, kitchen was useful.

Would've liked new towels every couple of days or so.

"Great value"

Great value for money. Huge room, Bed was very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Not too many stairs to get to 4th floor. Over all great stay we will be back. Communication was easy, and they allowed flexibility in check in which was appreciated.

The only downside is the windows don't have double glazing so it can be loud at night, bring ear plugs.

Minor issue with washcloths but resolved right away. Would stay here again for sure!
