Rubini - modern apartment in the heart of old Rovinj

It´s a brand new refurbished apartment in the old city. It´s spacious and pleasant. The kitchen has good appliances.

Since the apartment is in the old city, there is no elevator and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. For someone who has mobility issues, specially carrying suit cases, it could be an issue. And it only has 1 shower, even though it´s an apartment for 4 people.

The apartment was spacious and extremely well appointed. We were able to use the kitchen, washer and streaming media. We slept very well! The beach was close, and we were right in the middle of old town. There was live music outside the apartment to enjoy, but it quieted down for the evenings. This was one of the most beautiful and comfortable places I have rented, and I miss it!

There really needs to be a manual to explains things such as how to use the stove and washing machine. The kitchen was missing some things, and the freezer was dirty. Nothing we didn't figure out though. It would have been so helpful to have an allotted parking space outside the city.

The apartment is very beautiful. The ac worked great. The location is good and the host is very responsive.

It took a while to figure out the stove. The stove defaults to child lock/safety lock everytime you turn it on. Once we figured that out we were able to work two of the burners the other two we couldn't get to work. Perhaps leaving step by step directions on how to turn on the stove.

TV not working/tuned to regular channels so unable to watch euro soccer. Difficult transporting luggage into old town from parking areas (however this can be expected)

Property fantastic but when booking in old town remember no cars - there are 4 zones for paid parking nearby though

The apartment is very nice - large, clean and modern. The bedrooms were large and it was great to have a half bath in addition to the full bath. We also appreciated the washing machine. The location in the heart of Rovinj is awesome - except for the parking...

We were provided with several parking options and selected the cheaper option in the Plecine lot. We stayed less than 48 hours and paid EU86!! There is no daily max. The machine rejected my credit card and fortunately I had cash. This was an unpleasant surprise. Parking is definitely a problem.

Loved the location but it is on the 3rd floor so this location is only good for those who can carry luggage up to the 3rd floor.

The cleaning crew must not be cleaning out the shower drain trap regularly as it was totally clogged with hair and clogged the drain up. Owner was very responsive and got it cleaned out so no further issues.
