The location is not bad, although it isn’t beautiful (like all the rest of those nearby zones in Malta). There’s a very good place for eating very close (Kassik Kebab) and some small markets. Bus stops near and the sea is in a 5 minutes walk. I asked the host for blankets because, although it was summer, it gets cold with the ACs inside. He provided. There are good ACs in both rooms and in the living room, which also cools the kitchen.

There’s no microwave. The apartment was not in a satisfactory state of cleanliness. There was dirt on the floor and other parts. Whoever cleaned did a terrible job. We had a traumatic experience. Something very serious. In one of the bath towels there was dry animal’s poo, something that could be a lizard or rat excrement. That was really disgusting. I filmed and sent the host. He didn’t care, didn’t apologize, didn’t treat as a big deal, just told me to get another towel (besides the blankets, he didn’t care about the other problems I reported as well). That could cause a serious disease. There was mold inside the shower box. The apartment was renovated but, in general, it isn’t in a good state. The last room’s door was broken, out of the wall. The door didn’t close, it had to stay open, which takes out all the privacy. This room’s wall also had mold. The building’s elevator wasn’t working and there’s a big and poorly designed tiring stairway. One of the ACs wasn’t working, but I could fix it. Inside the fridge and refrigerator was also dirty. Details matter. Some simple things can change the whole apartment aspect. The detergent bottle, for example, was so dirty, so reused that it looked like a mechanical workshop bottle. The kitchen’s trash bin was also dirty, and it was necessary to put the hands on it to open, instead of foot. The water pressure wasn’t good. The bed linen and towels had bad aspect. There were cockroaches coming out of the bathroom’s drain at night.

Apartment located in city center with bus stops, shops and coffee shop nearby. Keys were in key locker which was very useful for our late arrival (1 AM). Owner very responsive - communication via whatsapp

Elevator didn't work. We haven't reported that to the owner as it was minor inconvenience.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location is perfect – it’s just a short stroll to Waterfront Street, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, making it so easy to enjoy delicious meals without having to go far. The 10-minute walk to the Sliema ferry, where a boat to Valletta departs every 30 minutes, was super convenient as well. Overall, this apartment provided the perfect balance of comfort and accessibility, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to explore the area.

Very specious apartment, comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Good contact with owners, fantastic coffee shop across the streer. Balcony and air conditioner in every room.

Lift was not working, you need to squeeze in the shower to open the cabin door.

First of all I would thank the owner he was so helpful the apparment is amazing ....location close to everything 5 mins by walking you find sea shops and everything you want ... you will see me again for sure thanks a lot really recommended this apparment top ...
