Apartment 1, Phoenix Flats

It was cute and in a good location for our needs.

We had to wash dishes, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans, cutting boards, knives as food stuff had been stuck on them. We did not contact manager as we needed to use items and not wait for someone to come and clean. We are asked to toss our garbage outside in the bins, and that's fine, but when kitchen garbage can had garbage stuck inside the lid by previous renters, and the outside of the can was greasy we had to spray with anti viral spray that we found on the fireplace. The exhaust hood, over the range/cook top was covered in grease and dust. We took photos. When renting a property with kitchen facilities, we expected it would be cleaned between guests. The rest of the flat was tidy, just the kitchen lacked a good cleaning prior to our arrival.

-2 separate bedrooms + living room + kitchen + bathroom -well equiped kitchen -parking space -close to city centre -living room space with comfortable sofas -nice view from the living room/kitchen

-bedroom windows oriented to the street (however, the street is quiet)

Kitchen was well stocked and clean. Living area was perfect for four guests, and chairs were comfortable . Location was excellent to visit all the different sites in Isle of Skye and close to the town. Self Check in and check out was simple and easy. Free parking spot was helpful.

Shower was quite small and water pressure was very low. Beds were a bit too soft but that's a personal preference. Rooms were on the small side so not a lot of space for larger suitcases.

Cozy and nice stay to enjoy the heart of Skye Island. The apartment was fully furnished, very comfortable and walk distance from most of things to see. The free parking spot was a very nice plus. Definitely recommended!

This apartment probably has everything anyone could need for a long term stay. We were impressed overall and would stay here again. Designated parking out front. Easily walk into downtown with groceries at the end of the street. A great base for exploring the Isle of Skye.

The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to wash our clothes and hang them on heated racks. The location is excellent, the grocery shop and village was very close.

The bed are really in bad shape and therefore not comfortable. The room are very very small, you can’t open a luggage in the room and walk around easily.
