"Joli en surface mais peu pratique."

Emplacement idéal, appartement propre.

Très peu d’équipement dans l’appartement. Exemple: peu de couverts, poêles en Téflon complètement abîmées. La lumière ne fonctionnait pas dans la cuisine. Simple vitrage.

"Un amplio y cómodo apartamento en el casco viejo de Bilbao"

Nos gustó la situación en pleno casco viejo. El apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo para familias.

La comunidad tiene que arreglar las escaleras de acceso a los pisos. El edificio tiene ascensor pero al ser un primero no lo utilizamos

La casa está muy cerca del casco antiguo. Es muy amplia y limpia y equipada con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Camas supercomodas. La anfitriona nos facilitó la llegada, tanto en la hora como en la entrada de la casa. Sin duda un acierto y repetiría

Comfy beds. Good shower.

Location is a 10 minute walk into the old town. It is in a run down area which, particular at night does not feel safe. Communal entrance lobby, stairs (half a wooden stair completely missing half way up to first floor) and lights (wall light above apartment door hanging down with wires exposed) are not well maintained and it smells badly. Apartment was clean but has a pungent musty/damp smell especially in the main bedroom despite numerous air fresheners being placed in the wardrobe and individual rooms.

"Estada per repetir"

Està molt ben situat, potser la zona una mica sorollosa els caps de setmana perquè al mateix carrers hi ha diversos pubs. Però, l'estada en general és d'excel·lent

L'olor de l'entrada de baix i accés a l'apartament (escales en mal estat i molt velles)
