BEI did not actually stay in this property because I did not even receive the keys. Prior to my arrival date I received several emails reminding me about an obligatory online check-in on a dubious website, which was a condition to receive the code to a key box. I wrote emails to the property - but no response. On the arrival day evening I finally did the online check-in, but no codes to the key box came. The check-in website asked for several very detailed personal information, which no authority would require. I have corresponded now for over a month with the property - asking for reimbursement of the fee - as they did not provide the service. I was only reimbursed the cleaning fee and the taxes, but not the accommodation fee. The property keeps sending me a screen shot of a message sent to me which I never received. booking.com tried to mediate, but no result. I have never had such a (bad) experience in booking. Hence the long (negative) description
