Near the River Apartment 2

Apartment looks exactly like in the pictures, it’s clean, location is perfect, hosts are nice and helpful, self check-in was super easy. Overall we had great experience, would recommend 100% and will come again for sure!!

The apartment is beautiful, it has a super location. Everything was beautifully prepared, clean, spacious. I really liked that the apartment smelled good upon arrival. We could have checked in earlier.

The downside is that it doesn't have its own parking, but the owners will give you information about the available options. I love coffee, so I missed the small espresso cups because there is a Nespresso capsule machine, but there are only large cups.

The apartment and the building it was in was very nice, and so were the neighbours. Help was offered when needed with great detail. The location is great, right next to the building was a store that had tons of stuff with good prices. Wifi was also amazing, fast and unproblematic. Overall I've had an amazing experience with this apartment, clean, quiet and nice.

The only thing we found as a little problem was the lack of cutlery, that's all.

Location is good, apartment is nice

It was 1-week before my trip and due to a family emergency, I had to shift my stay by one day (and still stay for the same number of nights). I checked Booking.com to see if I could make this change, and it showed that it was possible with a price difference of less than 1 euro. I also verified the property's availability on Booking.com and saw there were no reservations for that extra day. So, I submitted my request through the platform. The property owner immediately rejected my request. I messaged the owner to explain the situation, but they claimed it was impossible to update the reservation due to synchronization errors with Booking.com and demanded 52 euros to extend my stay for one more day. I clarified that I didn't want an extension, just a shift by one day, yet they still refused. I then contacted Booking.com customer service, who reached out to the property and resolved the issue. It seemed the property owners were trying to take advantage of my situation to make extra money, but thankfully Booking.com intervened. The owners showed little understanding of my circumstances. Additionally, accessing the property was difficult. The apartment key was in a locked key box with a password, but the box was very tricky to open.

Location was PERFECT ! Super handy to metro, tram, busses, markets, etc. and central to most of the tourist attractions. Host was pleasant and responsive. Building has had major upgrades. The inside of the unit was clean and fresh - done in Ikea's best.

The only drawback was minor, not much room to walk around the bed. Got used to that pretty quick.

Told there was a free airport transfer which was a miscommunication.

Apartment looked like on the photos. The neighbourhood is really calm and quiet.Bus and tram stops are around 150m away.

When we arrived eletric kettle was missing in the kitchen, but after saying about it to the really nice customer service (Booking chat), they brought one the next day.
