"Worn out, minuscule garden, noisy surroundings and indifferent management- stay away"

Communication with the check in staff was excellent but once we had a complaint and was handed to the office responses were slow, bureaucratic and not customer friendly

Place was very worn out, despite valliant efforts of the cleaning crew it was still dirty, outside space is poststamp size and lots of partying in the other villa's means a lot of noise. We booked for 6 nights and left after 1. The place was later rented out to other guest, but no refund or apology from management. Stay away, there are better places in berawa and canggu: bigger, nicer, cleaner, quieter and less opportunistic management.

We had a fantastic 8 days staying at this villa. Everything works well, appliances were relatively new and modern, both TVs were smart TVs and had Netflix readily available. The LG smart washing machine had a dryer function as well and perfectly washed and dried our clothes so we didn't have to pay for a separate laundromat service. Villa is located in an alleyway which is quite safe even at night. I did not hear any construction noises during my stay although there were some buildings nearby that appeared to be in construction. Because the villa was not at the main roads, we had a comfortable sleep without any vehicular noises. The bed was extremely comfortable. One of the best beds I've slept in a while. Villa location was pretty good as well and walking distance to many cafes. The Grab and Gojek drivers had no issues finding the villa and it was convenient to get around using ride hailing services. Lastly, Arya was a perfect host. He was courteous and checked in on us daily via Whatsapp to ensure that we had a comfortable stay and if we needed any other services/help. I felt very safe in the villa thanks to remarkable service by Arya and his team. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

They make us comfortable and feel like home. Many restaurants, cafés, and shops are within walking distance of the villa. Away from everything to have a peace of mind.

The villa itself is beautiful!!! It is 100% true to the descriptions and photos. We had a great time. Loved the layout of the villa and the cozy decor. The spacious room/kitchen with fantastic views is exceptional. The kitchen is spacious and technically good with everything you need. It will be clear that we enjoyed it!!!! We were very satisfied that we booked this villa.
