The toilet was broken, the rooms were cold and the heating was not working, the carpet was so dirty.

The room has a perfect location, the entrance to the building is not very pretty but the room is, It is like looks in the picture.

Self check-in is very easy. The apartment was nicely furnished and tidy. It’s situated in a peaceful area, conveniently close to shops and public transport.

I really liked the apartment. It was better than I expected and had everything I imagine one would need. The WiFi was actually usable. The bed was pretty big and one of the more comfortable beds I've slept in. I liked that I had a curtain at the glass door so I could have privacy. The heating was good and the apartment kept a nice and warm temperature. The place was very quiet which I appreciated. Pretty much everything I can remember about the apartment was great. The only reason I'm giving a 9 out of 10 is because of the troubles I had when getting into the apartment for the first time

The building of the apartment is worn out and a bit confusing to navigate. I had a hard time getting into the building because the code of the entrance door I was given wasn't working at the time of my arrival but has started working a few hours after. I got into the building thanks to other residents of the building. After getting into the building I once again had a bit of a hard time locating my exact apartment. I got to the right floor but couldn't figure out which apartment I was supposed to be in because I didn't see any apartment numbers but I believe they were there, I just hadn't seen them. So I was trying to unlock the wrong key safe for a bit and realized I was at the wrong apartment when I looked at the key safe in the picture I was given in the instructions, then I saw the exact same one right next to the apartment I was trying to get into and got in pretty easily. I think the instructions could be just a little bit more informative and the entrance code should've worked when I arrived. Another thing I will note is that while I was having trouble getting into the building and the apartment, the owners were slow at responding on both booking.com and on WhatsApp - even after I got their attention by calling them and let them know I was outside and had trouble getting into the apartment. I called one of them on WhatsApp but they declined the call and responded to my text instead but went inactive right after I replied. I ended up figuring out how to get in with the help of instructions. This all took quite a bit because I was hesitant to go into the building with my code not working because I wasn't sure if I'd be able to get back out since there was a gate I had to go through after the door which also required a code and mine wasn't working at the time. Also, the TV remote didn't seem to work but I wasn't bothered by that, I didn't need the TV

The localisation of the flat is perfect, close to underground station, market, cafeterias.

At the beginning there was quite cold in the apartment and it took some time to get warm.
