The apartments are located in a good central spot close by to everything. It has security on a night time to make you feel safe and secure and they were very friendly and welcoming. The host Natasha was always just a message away and very helpful if you needed anything.

Property has super friendly cleaners and security. Ran into no issues. Felt very safe and secure the entire duration of my stay there.

The WiFi was inconsistent.

Love the host and other building staff. So very welcoming and friendly (even though the host only sent texts). The building is a real architectural icon in Bradford, even if it is loved and hated in equal measure. Great adaptive reuse of a difficult building. Close to the Centre of Bradford, which is a walk down the hill. Just enough in the way of inclusions. We'd come over from Oz to visit relatives in a nearby suburb/village and wanted somewhere central to stay and it served that purpose brilliantly, so we do recommend for this purpose. You can see Bradford is trying desperately to pick itself up from the doldrums and this pretty decent apartment hotel development is evidence of that. Thing is, can this city finally do it? Watch this space.

The internal refit of the building is almost there but some things are lacking so that you feel worried something's going to break or come away with even the slightest pressure. I've seen these kinds of conversions before and the cutting of corners is pretty evident here. Some inclusions in the apartment are bare-bones so we had to buy extra things to feel more comfy on our two week stay and then left them behind for other guests. These included laundry capsules and over-door hooks for Winter coats. Other residents/guests on our floor were quite noisy and there was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke and weed in the building from time to time. Unfortunately Bradford City Centre suffers from a kind of commercial malaise so the usual larger supermarkets, department stores and niche specialty stores you'd find in a mid-sized city simply aren't there, or have up and gone. The most interesting retail experience is Waterstones in the old wool exchange (pictured). If only Bradford could be full of cafes, and book, music, gift and second hand shops! The grand stone buildings and old vacant shops lend themselves to it. There's a small Tesco around the corner with a limited selection, at least. Tourists typically don't need barbers, nail salons and vape shops on every corner, which you'll find in abundance in Bradford for some strange reason. Picturesque streets are let down by weird tacky signage and flashing LED signs. Leaves a lot to be desired...literally! Maybe with a return of some local pride (as opposed to stubborn stoicism in the face of urban decay), some of these sorts of places will open up as Bradford becomes more of a destination. Lastly, be careful as there are some very shady characters that hang around in and near the City Centre. Remain respectful and polite with everyone and you'll be okay during the day.

Great central location with on site secure parking. Heating was all on upon arrival so apartment was lovely and warm despite the very cold weather.

Natasha was very helpful, friendly and proactive in her communication. Secure apartment, secure parking. Comfy beds. We were out late at night, and felt safe throughout. Special mention to the Thai Noodle Bar across the road in the market - lovely food and excellent service. (Closes at 5pm).
