Location - Cannot be beaten. Facilities - Top Quality and done to a high spec. Beds - very comfortable Great value for money Host - Michael was great. Good communication, efficeint and trustworthy.

The location is fine on Grainger Street, via a slightly unglamorous entrance. Access via a keypad entry system, and the keys to the room were in a lock box by the apartment door The apartment was extremely quiet with the windows closed and the air conditioning worked well. Everything felt nice and clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. Comparing this to a hotel room - it is so much better, the room has all the hotel benefits, plus the individuality of your own apartment without being disturbed, plus you get a much better value room. I think a hotel room of this standard and location would be at least double the cost. There is no problem not having the typical (and slightly depressing) hotel bar, as you can walk across the street to the coffee shop, or call next door for breakfast where you can spend considerably less for a vastly better breakfast. The room was stocked with tea and coffee, fresh milk, sauces and not those insipid sachets you find in a hotel.

The bed felt small and low, and the pillows were flat and far too thin. There is no TV in the bedroom. A bit concerning was that some of the fire doors have had their closers removed or stick on the carpet - this should be repaired. My fussy remarks: There could have been more attention made to the dusting and the top of the kitchen units have untidy electrics on them. Better toiletries would have been nice, but it was adequate. Coat hooks in the lobby would be a good addition There was a ring doorbell at the end of the corridor, this felt slightly creepy - one makes the assumption that it is alerting someone every time guests walk to their apartments.

Perfect location walking distance for everything- milk in the fridge was much appreciated!

It was all good!

Complicated reasons saw us staying for a second time in a fortnight. In the week we weren’t there, the apartment was cleaned until it shone as always and reset to be perfect. Personal service from the apartment manager was present as usual — I’d like to say we got special treatment for being repeat visitors, but Michael is *always* this good. The final word goes to my mum, always a very very picky customer: “it feels like this is *my* apartment”.
