Well equipped kitchen, spacious apartment

Unfortunately I received the access information only upon querying with the host. The host doesnt speak english and only responds to phone calls. No info on booking app, no info in sms or email. I was lucky to get inside honestly, as I had to call past the checkin hours to get the access data. In this apartment there are no blinds on the windows, plus the roof windows had quite a few cob webs in it. The wifi was not working at all as well, had to use my own data, because not even restarting the access point helped. The parking was terrible and cars were basically thrown around and I had to back up within probably 10cm to get out. Overall this was very unfortunate one night stay and I have left at 5 am.

The house is brand new and very nicely designed. From the number locked front door to the design of the rooms, everything is very well done. The view from the upstairs room is wonderful, the area is quiet and there is a lake and forest nearby so we could walk the dogs. The bathroom is spacious, the TV not only has German channels but also YouTube, there is a fridge and a small kitchen in the room. An excellent starting point to the surrounding countryside and a great end point for a holiday!

As I mentioned, the house is brand new. Perhaps as a consequence (and certainly improving with time), the rooms were poorly equipped here and there. A microwave was sorely lacking, and a clock on one of the walls or on the bedside cabinet would have been nice. One room had no wooden spoons, while the other had several, and more pots and pans would not have been a bad idea either, to be able to cook properly. It would have been nice to have been given details of how to check in in pdf or email prior to arrival, or to have a paper on arrival with the rules for leaving the room, the Wifi code and even some information about nearby shops, medical care and transport. I think these will all develop as the house is fully finished. In any case, congratulations on a beautiful house!
