"Ripped off- steer clear"

Paid for this booking £300 to then be told by owner that dates were not available as family were staying in there So immediately contacted booking.com and PayPal for a full refund. Still not been given a penny back. Well nearly two months later. Been well and truly ripped off. Also contacted seller informing them and they just said they've contacted booking.com. not good enough. Someone's benefited from our £300 pounds. This is not acceptable,. Steer clear!!

See above. Ripped off. Let me book.csncelked it and have the cheek not to refund a penny. £300 pound is a lot of money to lose!!

Lovely stay for my daughter's birthday, the host provided balloons and banners which was a lovely touch. Very clean and comfortable stay

"Great family half term break"

The caravan was clean and facilities where amazing would have liked an hairdryer in the caravan

More pool access would have been nice and some more free events for the children based inside and outside
