We found the property as advertised and described. Sometimes what is advertised and the actual could be different and surprising. “Luxury” is a good description for the apartment. Everything was in good working order. It’s located in a quiet and secure area. PE is not a big city so the places of interest are always minutes away by car.

There isn’t much not to like. It’s a communal gated property so the usual rules and restrictions will apply.

Location. 🎉 Next to a wild green belt so wake up to Bird song in the mornings. At end of cul-de-sac so Quiet. Park in front so no buildings in front means lovely View down the valley to the ocean. Corner unit so lots of windows/light. Appliances/linens good quality. Very clean & neat.

Lots of light comes into the back corner bedroom at night due to the complex security lights right above the window. Otherwise we all loved the apartment 🎉
