Roam Yoga & Wellness Lodge

Fantastic place, well exceeded my expectations. It was such a treat to stay here, the food, the surroundings, the plants. I just loved it all!

Amazing location, great food and lovely owners and staff!!

Great location if you like to be off-grid, the hike to Hospital point from this hostel is a nice trip that ends in a nice beach. The staff also very friendly, it's clean and the food is great.

Breakfast starts only at 8:30am

I absolutely loved the spacious bungalow with lots of windows and the big porch, all surrounded by nothing but tropical garden. The houses are far enough from each other so that each one has its privacy. I enjoyed Meghan’s yoga class a lot, the yoga studio in the treetops with ocean view is amazing and I was allowed to use it for my own practice, too. Breakfast and dinner at the beautifully located restaurant was very good, each day different and I liked that it was mainly made with ingredients from the garden. I had a bit of bad luck with the weather but it looked like the reef in front of the property is worth checking out with snorkeling gear which is provided by the hotel as well as kayaks and SUP boards. I thought it was easy to get anywhere by watertaxi and Meghan and Ryan were always happy to help with anything.

It's hard to describe how incredible this place is, you just have to go and see it for yourself. Meg and Ryan have built a small paradise on Isla Solarte. The landscape is lush, the accommodations are perfection, the lunch and dinner options were all exceptional. There isn't much to do on Isla Solarte itself, but this is such a great place to unwind and perhaps use on the front or back-end of a busier trip. Would happily stay again!

The property was absolutely beautiful. Incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were really friendly and happy to help with absolutely anything. The food was really tasty and all locally sourced. They had paddle boards and kayaks free for guests to use to explore the surrounding area which was a wonderful way to spend the day. The yoga class on Sunday morning was really relaxing and fun.

Can’t fault anything.

What a special place. If you’re looking for off-the-beaten-path serenity, look no further. The room and amenities were first class - including access to a kitchen adjacent to our room, for early morning coffee. The view was spectacular - and we were fortunate enough to watch a sloth grazing just a few trees away from our balcony. Meghan and Ryan were both wonderful hosts and incredible chefs - serving up fresh, unique flavors every night (we ate all 3 of our dinners on site, and recommend you do the same!). Meghan’s yoga class left us feeling recharged, and ready to tour the other islands, all just a quick water taxi away from the oasis of Solarte. When we return to Bocas, we’ll definitely be coming back to Roam!
