The situation of the apartment.

When you hand over your hard earned money for your holiday apartment you expect to find a decent standard of comfort and cleanliness, unfortunately this apartment did not reach these standards. It is badly in need of refurbishment and should not be available for rental in its current state. It has one sofa which is old, dirty and damaged, likewise the coffee table. The walls are grubby and need repainting, the bedroom wall in particular was disgraceful and not pleasant to sleep beside. Using the overhead shower in the bath is a health hazard, there is no grab rail and the base of the bath is very slippy, it has inadequate non-slip protection resulting, unfortunately, in my husband slipping badly and falling onto the stone floor. He, very, very luckily, was unhurt. We decided to leave the apartment early as it was certainly not the comfortable, relaxing stay we had hoped for.  The overall feel of the place was of sad neglect.

Bit noisy in the morning

The settee could do with replacing, the coffee table was all fool of damage, couldn't get the English tv to work and the some of the fans were quite noisy.

Great location. Only downfall was, it said 1 flight of stairs to lift. There was 3 flights of stairs which I found very difficult. ( I’m 70 with walking difficulties)I ended up taking lift to. 2nd floor and walking down to 1st floor.

Very central, spacious and airy. Found it but difficult getting into bath to shower. Not always hot water in shower even though it was switched on.

The apartment was very clean. In a fantastic location, looking over the square and the church. Very close to the Balcon du europe. I would love to stay there again.

There is nothing to dislike.

Needs a little tlc like painting furniture was a bit old and wall hangings a bit drab, beds a bit hard,

Great winter location. Not sure I'd like it in July or August. The apartment windows look out directly onto the Plaza. So during December it was a perfect location. It was comfortable and had everything needed for a week in Nerja.

The bedroom light. The room got darker when you turned it on. 😂. The vent in the bathroom wasn't powered and perhaps should have been.

It was comfortable, and well equipped, and I liked that you could open the balcony door.
