First of all, I want to highlight the apartment’s design — it truly exceeded our expectations. It preserved the soul of the building, maintaining the early 20th-century atmosphere, while incorporating beautiful elements of Moorish design. And all of this was combined with modern comfort. It was so beautiful so I did not even want to go somewhere for breakfast - we prepared an omelette in the apartment and had breakfast on the balcony. The apartment is spacious, crystal clean and has all necessary amenities. The host was responsive, check in was smooth (but it is good to have local sim card for better communication). They have arranged for us safe parking in the garage just in front of the apartment for 50 dirham per day. The location is excellent — we really enjoyed walking around the area. The streets are beautiful with stunning architecture. There’s a Museum of Modern Art nearby, as well as a convenient grocery store. It took us about 20 minutes to walk to the medina, but the walk itself was a real pleasure.

Just one really minor thing: three leg chairs (while beautiful and nice) were not very convenient to sit on.

To be clear, it isn’t the property first pictured in the listing, but some of the later photos show it. It has a private entrance after a public entrance inside the apartment building, so it feels relatively safe. High ceilings and some nice touches inside.

I wish they provided indoor sandles.
