The mattress was broken and it was quite noisy
MAGBGBVery difficult to gain entry, I had to let people in TWICE even as late as 10pm - they did not have the front door entry code! It was lucky my room was directly above the front door. There was an Australian couple who could not get in as I arrived and when someone kindly let us in (ANOTHER GUEST) they found suitcases in their room. They just gave up and went elsewhere.

Toilet light not working. Shower next door could not use as water scolding and would not adjust. Went to use shower on other side, cold for ages and eventually went to tepid at best. Plumbing, fittings needs attention.
