L' appartamento è spazioso e dotato di lavatrice, frigo, fornelli, microonde, friggitrice ad aria e bollitore. Rispetto alle foto ci sono delle differenze: la cucina non è solo come in foto ma si allunga per tutta la parete (dove in foto si vedono tv e divano). Il tavolino è al posto del divano (più piccolo rispetto a quello in foto) ed il divano non è presente. In camera è presente la tv (che invece nelle foto è mostrata in cucina/ingresso). Parcheggio disponibile e gratuito sotto casa.

L' appartamento non era ben pulito, pavimento sporco, il bagno emanava un cattivo odore ed era rumoroso. Come già detto in altre recensioni mancano le tende quindi se al mattino non amate la luce del sole dovete coprire la finestra la sera prima in qualche modo (noi abbiamo usato un telo e la coperta)

The mini apartment has good kitchen facilities and a good bedroom. Coffee was left with a coffee machine. The place is quiet, but there was noise from a tenant upstairs - the building is beamed, which is somewhat charming. No problem with the WiFi.

The place is in an old commercial building between offices, where it seems that several apartments are being rented out. I did not see the landlord Benjamin (not a Slovenian name) at all. I asked him for a printed invoice for the stay, but he did not answer me at all. The most disappointing thing was that the furniture shown in the pictures did not correspond to the real situation inside - there was neither a sofa, nor a normal table with normal four chairs. I came across a high bar table and two high chairs - the most uncomfortable you can imagine. I had to work on my laptop in the bed. There was also an unpleasant smell from the drain in the bathroom. One should be very careful with such apartments.

Parking spot is ok, building location is close to city center.

WARNING FELLOW TOURISTS !!! 1. Building - it is not residential building, it is public municipality building with long halls full of small offices, art studios, warehouses, other similar apartments, very noisy enviroment and heavy urine smell on the hall in front of the apartment (from the toilet nearby in the hall)... 2. Apartment was pretty dusty, bed sheets and towels were smelly (strange odor), shower cabin door doesn't close completely so water is leaking on the bathroom floor and further to living room floor (we had to clean it quick)... 3. Floors are laminate, squeeky as hell, as well as upper apartment floor, you can hear clearly steps from the apartment above, so no tight sleep. Also, outside (building yard) area if full of vehicles from all the companies situated in the same building so - heavy truck noise and mr.chaisaw were our morning alarm.. xD 4. Large window is nice, but no curtains for late hours privacy, i still don't understand that one... 5.Apartment wifi is very slow 6. Large round clock on the wall is not working, shame... 7. Bonus: Every time you take a dump your beown yacht will not sail away after first flushing... nor after second one... after you flush there is that multiple "roar" sound probably from some lind of pump that is pushing brownies and paper from the toilet down the drain.. in your and in sourounding apartments... and yes, you bet you will hear them too... :)
