It was perfect, vintage, clean, and quiet.

It wasn’t clear about breakfast gratis. So we were disappointed.

L’accoglienza, la premura. I dettagli meravigliosi del palazzo. Di fronte ad una opera d’arte. La Basilica di San Vitale e mausoleo di Galla Placidia nonché il museo civico della città.tutto lo staff, a partire dalla responsabile è sempre stato molto gentile, ambiente pulitissimo. Estrema accuratezza di ogni dettaglio e necessità del cliente, persone amabili, gentili, discrete, meritano di avere per tutta la stagione le camere occupate. Il giardino interno è una meraviglia. Un senso di relax e di vacanza vera. Nelle stanze il climatizzatore perfetto, sono ampie e molto accoglienti. La gentilezza è un loro punto forte e anche la qualità del servizio. Io consiglio a chiunque voglia venire a visitare Ravenna di soggiornare presso questa struttura perché si rimane incantati e appena torna a casa senti subito la nostalgia.

The hotel is very tastefully decorated. Our room is comfortable and quiet. It feels like staying in the countryside. The highlight is of course the internal courtyard, which is everyone’s dream of what a holiday home should have. The snack bar in the afternoon is generous. The location is very central, it is just opposite one of the churches and it is close to all the shops and restaurants. The manageress or owner is very friendly too.

It would be helpful if it is possible to drop off the luggage before check-in hours. But for this, we would give the hotel a perfect 10!
