i enjoyed the stay , it was a nice view from the balcony to watch ocean and listen to the waves hit . My kids enjoyed being able to leave out of the room and go right to the beach and the stores around . I would def book again next year

that the pool was not available

The view was beautiful—if you are booking this rental property because it’s directly on the beach, you won’t be disappointed. The bed was fine, the television worked fine, the fridge was fine. Most other things though… honestly not good. But reasonably cheap accommodation and you could toss a shoe off the balcony and hit the beach, so again, if that’s what you’re looking for above all else, this might be a fine option.

Everything other than the view really. I couldn’t turn the air conditioner higher than 68 or the floors literally became wet with excessive amounts of moisture, even though I made sure the balcony door was definitely tightly closed multiple times; extremely weird. The vent over the toilet in the bathroom kept dripping this mysterious yellowish liquid at random intervals so I had to put a towel over my head whenever I used the bathroom, the bath tub was so scuffed and dirty I didn’t use the shower all week, definitely be sure to bring shower shoes if you want to bathe. There is no pool, there is no front desk reception, it’s in a very slummy location, a lot of homeless people around outside, the “kitchenette” is sparse at best, so if you plan to cook bring your own supplies/utensils. Also the parking is atrocious. If you find a spot in the main lot for the love of God do NOT move, you may never get another one.

I was told it had 2 Swimming. Pools. Neither one were operational. No gym, there was no parking available. Had to park 2 blocks away. And paid to park. Was there 2 weeks? Never had housekeeping. Come to change the sheets or give us fresh towels Hadto buy trash bags and take out the trash. We had to clean our room ourselves. Would never recommend this property again.

Room was nice, comfortable beds, water pressure in shower was great, awesome view of the ocean!

The pools were drained so we weren't able to swim! Not enough parking space!
