Good location. Staff fabulous and very helpful Vast range of food available and good choice even for me a picky eater

Room on the front is a little noisy, so when we go again I shall request a room at the rear of the hotel overlooking the pool

Good location. Very clean

Had room 207. Top of stairs at 2nd floor. Extremely loud could hear people screaming and shouting at all times of the day and night. Got work up at 3am. Then 3.30 then 4 and so on. Ask reception to change. They said come back tomoro. Went the next day they said come back tomoro again. Went the next day couldn’t change so checked out

"fantastic hotel everything you need - great location"

location is brilliant. right on the strip but no noise at night. breakfast was great. a lot of choice. clean. we had a sea view room on the first floor which was really nice. pool area was clean and loads of sunbeds

"Very Good"

Perfect location for the beach , shops and bars. Would have liked more variety for evening meal but on the whole there was always something I found that I liked. Reception staff very helpful.

Location, reception, staff and food were excellent

The rooms allegedly cleaned every day only made the bed and put fresh towels down. Nothing cleaned no tea and coffee facilities replenished cups and saucers not washed disappointing.

Excellent position right amongst the "action". Directly opposite Morgans. Friendly staff. Restaurant food was excellent. Nice exterior bar with chairs/tables in the sun.

The lifts/ elevators were a bit troublesome. The pool ( not that we used it as it was the coldest Benidorm has been in 30 years. ) Was shaded from the sun until later in the day. Lots of Brits ! A nice hotel however
