Good location

Having checked in at 5pm we got into the room which was fine. We went out for a meal and a few drinks, on returning to the room at about midnight we found a pool of water in the room, looking above it was coming from the ceiling running down the walls by the light switch, I went down to inform reception about the problem to be told nothing can be done till morning. Basically it was a death trap and the hotel didn’t care.

Location is perfect. The reception staff were amazing . Once in my room which was spotless I checked the mini fridge and it was full of old food. The reception staff were extremely apologetic and moved me immediately to another room.

Dirty fridge just an unfortunate oversight from the cleaning crew
