Everything, Room was nice, food good. Decent service.

Nice size room BUT when me and my partner went out we came back to find that the hotel had given someone else our room that was still booked until the following day by me and then told there is no more space how unprofessional my smellies were gone and my phone charger also not happy at all and I had too book another hotel flash hotel basically could not care at all in theory the people they gave my room to should of had to get another hotel as the room was already mine what a joke

The way we was treated when the hotel made a mistake and gave someone else my room then told there's no space I had to book another hotel for the night at a greater cost not acceptable at all

For what we paid it was reasonable the beds were clean the food was acceptable

The bathroom needed cleaning properly the shower was broke but they did fix it promptly but it wasn't the best. The fridge didn't keep water cold that needs upgrading. When you went for either lunch or evening meal you had yo pay for your drinks that wasn't good

Reception staff very welcoming and friendly. Great decor, beds very comfortable

Balcony door didn't lock but we had a safe so not an issue. Breakfast wasn't very hot . Toilet had an odour even when not being used.
