.Das beste ist die Lage Das Gebäude und die Wohnung sind prekär, vor allem das Bad und die Küche. Praktisch kein Fluchtweg im Fall einer Katastrophe (Feuer). Fahrstuhl und Flur vor der Wohnung sind ein Witz. Würde dort nicht noch einmal mieten
