Тепло (в зимовий час в деяких помешканнях прохолодно), є все для життя (плита, посуд, холодильник, чайник, мікрохвильовка тощо навіть тампони - хіба крім пралки, але вона мало де є), закрита тераса з столиками, розташування зручне для прогулянок в центрі, але зважте, що тут як в Неаполі місто ділиться на впорядковане і хаотичне і це помешкання в хаотичній частині. Від цього нема особливих незручностей, хіба треба обережно ходити щоб не збили ), але тільки якщо ви не на авто (про це далі)
1 Вулиця дуже вузька, рух жахливий і всі машини стоять побиті - тож якщо ви не хочете побити машину ставте іі на стоянку Polina, але ціна 50%+ від вартості помешкання. Імхо господар мав би про це попереджати 2 Кондиціонер працює на прищепці і вона тріщить ) 3 Стінки трохи мажуться добре було б полакуввти
